Here are some of the ways you and others will benefit from getting involved:

• Enter as part of a team and use the day as a family activity day, a workout with friends or a company morale booster.
• Raise money through pledges for our local children’s associations.
• Get in shape while helping others. Train for the event with your family and friends.

Remember that every little bit helps.

at W. Ross Macdonald School, 350 Brant Avenue, Brantford in the Big Tent at the finish line area.
